Honcho's Keeper is a son of Goliath's Imprint (aka Boss), a full brother to Goliath's Keeper, and the grandson of Goatex Goliath (the largest of the originally imported bucks). His dams side is also impressive. She was a daughter of Tay Onyx (a son of Tasman Zoro) and granddaughter of Sunboy 117 (Loverboy). Honcho has been producing offspring at Rowland Hill Farms since late 2019 and since then he has become a fundamental part of their herd. He has already produced a few bucks that have went on to sire herds of their own. He is also producing top quality does that have all inherited his propensity for muscle development, good feet, parasite resistance, and overall hardiness. They have several of his daughters in their breeding program and so far they are showing fantastic mothering abilities and have nice udders as well. Both sons and daughters alike have had impressive confirmation, nice square chest, and have had consistent heavy weaning weights. They also have that thick, muscled rear that is so hard to get on a Kiko. As they grow and mature, they become phenomenal grazers and foragers and despite their size, they maintain body condition better, and with less input than many lines they have worked with.

Honcho's daughter, Honcho's Legacy was the highest selling doe at the 2023 MPI in WV and in 2024 another Honcho daughter sold out his year at the MPI sale & a as the highest selling doe EVER sold at a sale for the incredible price of $15,000!!

Arguably the best phenotypical example of what the Kiko breed should look like. What's even better is that most of his kids and grand-kids also have perfect confirmation. Keeper is possibly the best son of the import Goatex Goliath, some think he is the best buck the breed has seen. Craig Adams states " Keeper was very impressive and probably one of the best-looking Kiko bucks I've seen in the breed. Keeper got his name because he was considered to be the best replacement for Goliath at Waysu Farms. Keeper was also out of Goatex Gesture, an import doe that Waysu Farms considered their best producer."

Sire of our buck “ROW WARSAW’S BALERION” 

The legendary SKY Warsaw. SKY W018 WARSAW was awarded the top prize for parasite resistance in the first Oklahoma buck test. Because of the large amounts of rainfall and extreme heat, throughout the test, it was dubbed the “Original test from Hell”.  Some bucks were sent home early or died due to the stress and parasite loads. At the completion of the test, SKY Warsaw came out of the test with the #1 parasite resistance award, with an average FEC rate of zero even with the tough conditions. The next year, a son of SKY Warsaw won the top prize for parasite resistance at the second Oklahoma Buck Test.

The SKY Warsaw line has sired many buck test placings since that first Oklahoma test and has been influential to the kiko breed.

It is no surprise that Warsaw went on to produce some of the best bucks and does in the Kiko industry!! And we are excited to see what our buck ROW Warsaw’s Balerion will do!

Blue's Son was an exceptional sire that produced many proven offspring throughout the country.

His genetics have been proven at multiple forage tests. He sires very fast-growing and well-made kids that exhibit good parasite resilience and hardiness with tight black feet and dark skin. Black feet have been tested and proven to be the most resistant to footrot. His offspring exhibit great feet and pass this quality on as well. As a 50 % genetic son, his pedigree is heavily influenced by Moneymaker.

We are pleased to have quite a bit of Blue’s Son influence in our genetics.   

Sire of our buck “ROW NICKS ROYAL RANGER”AFK CAESAR is a 100% NZ buck whose genetics go way back. He was a son of the great buck Sunboy Stanton 149 (aka Nick) and FCR Five C Suzette. Nick was a large framed buck known to produce does which were great mothers.

THE 2016 BUCK TEST WAS ONE OF THE MOST DIFFICULT TESTS ON RECORD, AND DOMINATOR WAS NEVER DEWORMED AND OUT GAINED THE OTHER BUCKS ON TEST.
